At the picnic area "Korita", located along the regional asphalt road P-504 (Trpejca-Customs), 1340-1350 m above the sea level, the visitors of the Park can relax and drink cold water from one of the few springs on the mountain Galicica.
The site includes the following infrastructure:
The information boards contain data on endemic species growing on "Korita". One of them is the milkvetch (Astragalusmayeri). You could find this species in Macedonia only on the mountain Galicica. It grows on limestone rocks, 1200 to 2100 m above the sea level, it blooms in the second half of June and July, just like the marsh fritillary (Euphydryas aurinia), a butterfly from the group of colorful butterflies (Nymphalidae).
This species is widespread throughout Europe, but in decreasing numbers, and therefore it is protected by law. It is typically found in wet, marshy grassy wetlands (hence the epithet marshy). Within the Park, it can be found at places up to 1500 meters above the sea level. It flies between May and June.
