Doronicium plantagineum – Plantain false leopardbane

„Leopard’s bane“ is a species of perennial flowering plant of the family Asteraceae. 

It blooms in spring and summer, with a yellow flower that looks most like a sunflower. The species is most common in Europe, south-west Asia and Siberia. In the Galichica National Park it is found in the beech forest on the mountain trail to the Magaro peak.
